    Troy was excellent. I met Troy through a referral from a friend. Troy gave my wife and I a presentation on what services he could provide and let us make the decision if we wanted him as our agent. After the presentation, it was an easy choice to select Troy as our Real Estate Agent. He suggested some ideas we could do to make our townhouse stand out for potential buyers. We listened and sold our house for our target price within two weeks of being listed. Troy also helped us look at new houses until we found the one. Troy made the process of purchasing our dream home easy.

    For reference: My boyfriend has lived here for 7 years (in three different apartments) and I have lived here for 3, and for very good reasons. Oella is very clean, and has beautiful apartments. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They are always open to suggestions. You can tell they care not just about the building, but its residents. Gym has great equipment and kept well. There is a library/study room that's always clean and quiet. Great community. Walkable to Historic Main Street. Our family and friends always comment that the building in general looks like a hotel! Only reason we moved out is because we bought real estate.
